      Agreed with @batanete, Season6 is the best. Mark my words, if you introduce Elemental dmg you will brake the game, that shit is unbalanced and broke GMO since it's release, not even mentioning rng and insanely expensive Pentagram socketing. I would say just add new zones and events without Elemental dmg mechanic and without Bloodangel ancient sets (as they require 1-2 year grind to complete and make all other ancient sets useless). Overall progression and balance on this server is better than any other server and my only wish is offatack for 24h.

      We asked the devs to find a solution, but they said that it is not (fully) on their side, plus the machine on which the server is hosted is not at 100% usage, but it is even around 50-60%.
      Buuut the server was not closed in a while(it is up since early testing period), and it might have some old loops -any machine needs a restart from time to time-, so we will have a maintenance in one of the following days, fact that is allowing us to do a system restart. 
      Hopefully we will see less lags after it.

      @ADMIN I have one suggestion for Inception. At Stage 3 - 20rr - Big Stage you can do a stat reset along with the 21st reset so anyone who was unsure about his stats or put too much points in one stat, can fix it.

      Thanks for your votes guys.
      We have a winner, Inception will be the first place where EE's won't be mandatory for the gameplay so everyone can have fun without depending on an alt-char or on other players alts in order to progress.
      It's a huge step towards a good direction, in my opinion, in a direction where alts will be slowly but surely out of gameplay so everyone can focus on his main char, raising both activity and economy.
      The following changes will be applied for Inception:
      - Maximum of accounts per IP+HWID will be 2 instead of 3.
      - Heal & SD Rec. skills are out of the game (you won't be able to find them anymore).
      - Greater fortitude & Greater defense will only increase dmg/deff with 1 on Server1 (basically, useless).
      - Ice Arrow now requires at least 7000 energy in order to be used.
      - Greater fortitude & Greater defense will have a decent power on Server20 (CS,Crywolf,LoT). But they are still nerfed to around 50% of their normal power from previous editions.
      - Elves now have 3 different directions to build up:
      1. Pure PvM build based on AGI+STR for max dps.
      2. PvM-PvP build based on AGI+VIT.
      3. PvM-Support build based on AGI+ENE with ice arrow as stun in PvP/PvM and with buffs for CS/Balgass for their teams.
      - All mobs/bosses will be adjusted in terms of damage & hp to match the new concept.
       
      We're really excited to see how everything will play out on Inception and we hope that you'll enjoy it!

      Buffs will work only at server 20 (mainly CS), as stated. No heal/sd recovery.
      After vote will be closed (if the winner option is kept) we will announce the changes regarding EE and AE with all details.

      If we had to think about "why to change something that was always good" we would still have a shitty CS where people attack in last 5 minutes to get crown and go back to spots. Such argument would never be good, at least not for us.

      Saying it ''works / always been good'' is delusional statement as 90% of people who been playing here for long time clearly don't agree with you. You never know until you try, don't be sacred to test new things if you want to improve.

      Adjusting and scaling would be ideal, but there is even simpler solution- let us use town buff till max level for first few resets (for example first 5 or 7).
      With proper scaling or some help mechanic at early game there is really no reason you would need EE. To be honest the only time you would feel this change would be CS and lack of SD recovery on GM, but that would also mean faster and more dynamic pvp without mindless afk right-clicking someone for 2 minutes, because they get pocketed by EE. I doubt many would miss spamming buffs/sd for whole CS, because design of this character is flawed. In other games besides healing/buffs supports have:  CC and atleast some kind of capability to do dmg, while EE is just buff-bot. That's why people enjoy to play support like EneRF more, because he can atleast do dmg and be independent while still providing supportive buffs that are applied AoE so you don't have to cast them individually OR do boring SD spam. 
      OS already improved/balanced many features that webzen messed up (cd on certain op spells/ improved CS system/PvP invasions etc.) so optimal solution would some kind of EE rework, by nerfing buffs and adding new spells (for example Ice Arrow) thus rewarding active EE playstyle and nerfing impact in AFK content (leveling). I am not sure how much buffs need to be nerfed, because even 20%-30% dmg increase is enough to make it must have if you wan't to compete. Maybe during leveling/PvE events remove them at all and only enable during CS/PvP events? 
      To sum up, making leveling without EE viable would be HUGE, because as of now it is must have for parties, despite fact that noone actually wants to play her and she spends 24/7 time afk on spot.

      You asked for my opinion, I'll tell you mine.
      I've thought about this subject long time ago, but never imagined that people would really want such thing.
      So, what was my idea about this subject:
      - Make EE buffs useless on normal Server (1) so nobody would have to make EE for leveling up (and balancing the content for no ee-buffs parties).
      - Let the EE still be a choice, but just for dedicated EE's or simply AE's as hybrid builds for CS (that means buffs will be decent on Server 20 - mainly CS).
      - Bring down the limit of accounts per IP+HWID to 2 from 3 to match the No-EE needs.
      Of course, this are just my thoughts, but if people really like such idea I can make an official poll for it (but we need to hurry up as all mobs must be reworked for such thing).

      Nice to see that OS is improving with every edition.
      I am glad that ''''OFF-ATTACK''''  is available to everyone as it was my biggest con for Phoenix and was the  main reason I couldn't keep playing. If you can't spend all day at home , this feature becomes one of top priorities when choosing where to play and I am happy it finally arrived here in OS. It would be great if time-window could be extended to more reasonable limit: 12h (non-VIP) and 24h (VIP), as fundamentally this feature is meant to be used when people go to work or sleep what is usually 8+ hours. 
      I wish you good luck with Inception and hope you will consider our feedback to make next edition best there ever was!

      I fully support this new project ''Phoenix'' and hope it will be the best release we had, BUT there is 1 thing that really bothers me the most. I do understand that all VIP bonus benefits can be debatable and might have their right to be (xp-bonus, drop bonus, zen bonus), BUT why ''Off-attack'' system is just VIP exclusive and even then there is such silly hour limitation. Don't get me wrong I am really happy that you finally decided to add this feature that many players have asked for years, but I see it to be fundamental and same as ''auto-clicker'' so why would you charge money for one of them. Imagine how players would feel if you added ''auto-clicker'' only for VIP's, it's the same story. I have played many servers with both of those features and they are really helpful, so its HUGE bonus for server to have them, but it's first time I see one of them locked behind ''paywall''. I can bet that 95% of players would not play MU if there was no ''auto-clicker'' because its simply not fun/useful to stare at screen and hold 1 button for whole day. Same story with ''off-attack'' as you now don't have to leave your PC on 24/7 just because your characters are leveling afk.. People who work/study and don't sit home 24/7 would have a huge benefit from it and would not fall behind that much which in return would  attract more players. It's such a beautiful and needed thing  and I see no justification to charge additional cost for it, because this system has already been used for years and for FREE. As much as I respect this project I was surprised  for OS to be the one that charges money for such things and as for now I see it as pretty huge Pay2Win.

      OS is hands-down an outstanding project. Even though I have played here just for 2 months on NonRR server before leaving it, it was still the best experience I had and no other server can  compare with this. The reason I left was my mates stopped playing due to lack of PVP after GROM got banned and fact that many players got decked out in full ancient sets so fast .Few weeks after we left there was pvp-based update for events that got me really excited but unfortunately I decided to not come back because I felt I would not be able to catch up. I can honestly say I regret leaving this server and wanted to return when new non-rr server is released. 
      Regarding current Non-RR server it was great experience but it had some flaws for ''Hard-core'' server. I would like to point some of them out so maybe we can improve its next edition.
      1) Gearing was too easy-  There were some people who got decked out in full ancient set too fast even before stepping into Land of Trials. Some SM got Enis+Anubis in 2-3 days and solo-carried every event boss from then on so I guess ancient drop in DS was too high.  You could farm Maya every day without any competition (pvp was dead there) and it dropped 3 top-tier weapons every day. It would make more sense if Maya was dropping 1 weapon, same for CW event where every Dark Elf monster could drop top weapon too was just too generous. Regarding IT it was heavily abused half of the time with anti-gaming and rewards (Flame/Feather of Condor) were too great.  Just by entering event you had 50% chance to be winner and get reagents for 3rd level wings. I think Feathers for 3rd wings should only be made by players or given as rewards for big-events, regarding flames they can be farmed in Swamp with really-low drop chance. Last but not least is Blacksmith (+9 ---> +12) for credits. Whole upgrade system was turned up-side down to force people use credits for upgrading, because instead of chances decreasing the higher level item is, it was actually increasing, making +10 less success chance than +15. I understand you have to make money, but after few weeks of server release seeing people in +12 or even more on a hard-core server is just wrong.  In addition Medals were dropping +11 items that many semi-active/casual players used for 1-1,5 months, I think making them drop max +9 would stimulate people to upgrade items to +11/+12 thus increasing these items value  and also giving some micro-gear progression to work towards instead of equiping full +11 and forgetting about gear for a month. I also heard about people killing Cursed Dragon at night/morning and getting 3lvl Wings from OldBox+5, which is absurd.
      2) Events/PvP-  last PVP-event update was step in right direction, BUT I wish it was implemented at start or atleast earlier. It is impossible to take any boss and out-damage fully equiped Summoner, so the only way to not make it boring dps-race that you eventually gonna lose is to add PVP which brings tactical elements and strategies for fights. Some players with worse gear/lower level say that pvp events leave them no chances, BUT they have no chance to out-dps those players on KS race without pvp too. Also regarding bosses  ( Golden Knights/ Great Golden Dragon) I think they should be harder to kill thus giving more time for players to contest/fight for them and make it challenging experience.
      Everything I wrote is my personal opinion and vision how I see real ''Hard-core'' server. As always I wish you luck with upcoming projects and never stop improving!
