I ask for more evidence because this insult is not the same as calling someone other names like "stupid" or "bitch" and we would also need to see (eventho we know but here the evidence must be full and available to see) that you were not just passing and you caught a random discussion because he is not addressing directly. In your report you screenshotted the conversation of 2 where there insult is not so much of a big deal, something usually found on internet and on the other, for example, you just insulted them directly calling them bitches.
