Hey everyone,
I’ve been meaning to write something like this for a while now—kind of a “goodbye,” though I always lowkey held on to the hope of an unban one day. But yeah, it’s been over a year now, so here am i :3
I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I genuinely enjoyed my time on OldSquad. From the very first steps on your 100x server (if memory serves me right), the good old days of throwing fists in Barracks 😄, all the way through Wormhole, Inception, and finally Genesis—it’s been a journey I won’t forget.
The amount of diffrent emotions that this game brought into my life was something truly special. From the anxiety of being PKed during late-night, to the sheer joy of reaching our group goals together—every moment was worth it. I’ll never forget the 8k+ jewels we burned during the stream for the Mixie Mixie event on W3 with MS13... now that was one hell of a ride! Absolute chaos, but pure magic at the same time.
I want to say a massive thank you to all of you who made this experience what it was. To the players, the rivals, the random party invites that turned into friendships. To the duelists who kept me online well past bedtime.
A very special thank you to Gion, for always showing kindness over the years, and for being a solid rock in this community. And a sincere shout-out to Admin, for all the continuous work, updates, and custom features that kept the game fresh and exciting every season.
I also want to take a moment to own up to something. I truly regret trying to sell anything for real money—it was a poor decision. Looking back, it wasn’t worth it, and I fully understand the choice made by Admin and regret it. Rules are there for a reason, and i'm sorry for breaking them. I’ve learned from
that mistake, and I just wanted to put that out there sincerely.
Even though I’m no longer part of the current action, the memories are still alive and well. I truly appreciate every little moment, every team effort, and every duel that kept the spark alive for me.
No matter where life takes us, this corner of the internet, this game, and you people will always have a place in my heart.
Stay safe, keep fighting, and who knows—maybe our paths will cross again in-game, someday.
With love and fists
Monkey
