i did both of them and : after aplying patch to main exe and activating it nothing launches for 30+ min and cmd thing didnt help either still geting same error p.s. when giving cmd command lines please include lines and gaps

Hi my launcher is not updating for some reason. after i use launcher it gives me socket error 10060. I have tried to use the main.ex patch which admin provided in another post but that one does nothing. I'm truck driver and using mobile network. it works fine at home....
