Nope, you can use the seeds even at +0.
You can see these things by yourself on test server, the commands available in the Guidelines section.

All I did was get AVG tuneup and it kicked me from the game. Now when I try open it tells me im temporaly banned. Please help asap!
Edit: nvm after uninstalling and waiting it fixed.

There is only 1 socket set for each character, only bk having 2.
The harmony option is only for non-socket items while the Pink (harmony+guardian) is only for 380 items.

From what I understood AE is best in pvm but viable in pvp.
DL with raven as dmg source was never a thing.
