Genesis Char eternally stuned

As the title says, my character is permanently stunned.

During IT, I tried to deposit the orb, but it bugged and didn’t register. After holding the orb for about 100 seconds, I was teleported to a group of monsters that one-shotted me. After that, my character appeared stunned/frozen.

Then I was teleported to Elb1, still stunned. I can’t open chat or perform any actions, and the menu doesn’t open, so I can’t even reconnect. I warped it to Lorencia trough the webpage, but still stunned.

I’ve attached a picture for reference.

Hope there’s a fix for this soon.
