This is not enough evidence to make sure he was 100% racist towards Romanian players / people.
Not being a racism report makes the evidence not enough for a BL report as well.

As for Grotesque the screenshot is not really showing that he was talking to you. If you have a better looking screen at least showing that you two were in the same place or any better evidence than a random chat please open a new report because either way we have to let the topic open for at least 12 hours for an eventual defense and this topic will be closed as the parent issue was solved.

Hello,
The first OSGM Edition for Inception - Sprint #3 has started!
It will end on the 11th of May.
There will be 4-5 events per week, organized by Gion and none of them will be announced prior to the start, the qualifiers will just spawn in cities when the Event does start.
Most events will start between 16:00 and 00:59 Server Time. At least 1 event per week might take part at any hour (outside of this interval).
Rewards for this month (weekly) events:
- Consolation at events: 1x Jewel of Chaos + 5x OSP
- 5th place at events: 1x Jewel of Chaos + 1x BoK+3 + 8x OSP
- 4th place at events: 1x Jewel of Chaos + 2x BoK+3 + 11x OSP
- 3rd place at events: 2x Jewel of Chaos + 2x BoK+4 + 15x OSP
- 2nd place at events: 3x Jewel of Chaos + 2x BoK+4 + 20x OSP
- 1st place at events: 3x Jewel of Chaos + 3x BoK+4 + 25x OSP
Note: Rewards for weekly events can be increased/modified anytime, so follow this topic from time to time to be updated with any rewards changes that may appear.
Important note: Things like "please wait us to finish X event before doing the OSGM event" or "why you do the random time event at night / morning / mid-day" will no longer be tolerated and you'll be muted for 1-3 days and even banned. We don't care that the individual x or y can't go to event because of W/E reasons.
Rewards for the end of the month (30 November) based on most OSP:

1st place: Golden Fenrir + 1x HoF Badge + Legends Group + 2x TOCA + 20x Jewel of Harmony.
- Note: Golden Fenrir can't be traded and can only be used by the character that won the OSGM. Furthermore, it can't die and does have a set duration of 1 month, starting from the day when it is received.
- Note2: Golden Fenrir can't be used at Castle Siege.
- 2nd place: 2x TOCA + 20x Jewel of Harmony.

3rd place: 1x TOCA + 15x Jewel of Harmony.
- Anyone who will reach 60+ OSP but not part of Top3 will win 5x Jewel of Harmony.

After a thorough analysis (even tho the screens do not match the reporting rules) we cannot see a target, just some people talking on their spot while you were there.
In order to be able to see a clear target it is required some context, at least you should have had the screens match each other in order to create a full 15-rows context which is mandatory for BL, because we can't talk racism unless proven.

So if you were really bothered by his behavior you should've just reported him right away, not waiting for a specific moment that can be viewed as hunting, as stated in the rules.
And I have just explained above the in-game screenshot necessity for BL, but in these cases where everything is up to a whole new level on global chat then the character that reported does not really matter. We only care about making this server a better place without bending the common sense of the rules, with other words, any valid report in which someone was punished was never disputed. You can create a follow-up case for any of the previous reports if you believe any of the evidence there was manually edited in order to match the right reporting time agreement.
Also the screenshots posted in your last reply look like they were taken during CS, so they look outdated as well.
Please make a new report in which you clearly state the time if it is not available in the screenshots.

Actually everyone has to answer this question when asked, as stated in the rules, because it is more than easy to change your computer hour in order to change the time from your screenshots as well. This is why, without a doubt we can and we will check if you try to trick the rules when asked, as we did in every case, especially the ones including the global chat when it actually does not matter who the reporter is as long as everyone gets to see this 'pleasant show'.

We don't need logs, we trust our players. We only need logs if the statement of the reporter is different from the reported one's.
So @Endorphin should we check logs or the screenshots are outdated as the reported player states? Remember that the correct time-frame is 12 hours since the event happened. This is when you mistakenly forget or due to some reason your screenshot is not 100%, but ofc we do not support 'ban hunt' using bad ways.

These are the default client-side settings thus sometimes the CC might be purely PVM.

The monsters and the game as a whole is designed for progressing in a full party, while being active (at least in the beginning) or else you risk to die. Hard server 😁
Also you might feel a slightly difference especially now vs monsters because some chars don't have helm/gloves, but you will forget about it soon, as you get some resets all the monsters will eventually turn only into a boxing-bag 🤧

zoro can stand for himself, and if 'zoro' was meant for you then this can't be racist towards you, we had this conversation in the past.
Now if it is a normal insult report then all I see is insults, cannot be sure of sides or whatever, but anyway the format is not right.

JACKPOT, HorseThief, NiggerMan, Blacko - banned for 2 days.
NiggerMan responded to the mail asking if the change-name is free. It is not as we do not support doing this kind of things at all. If you do such things then you do them on your own risk/cost. Available for the 3 mentioned above too, you just don't take part in such conversations and mostly not on the global chat.
+for NiggerMan: if you don't change your nickname shortly after this 2 days ban is lifted then the next ban will be a permanent one for the character.
