There is some RFs that make good kills and low deaths in CS. Others make low kills and many deaths. Perhaps there is something called "skill gap"? All the people who are crying to nerf RF have not made 50rr 2gr. There are BKs with 50+ rr that win against top RFs. So as i alluded to earlier, maybe there is just a skill gap.
