Im gonna try to troubleshoot this with you since I had the problem but only for a few days and usually after update. Maybe you have tried this but lets start from the beginning: Delete the MU folder(you can move screenshots if you need). Then restart. Then download the game again from web/forum. Open one client thru launcher and log in. Then try the second one. If not working try computer restart again but dont start the launcher quickly, wait 15 minutes and try. (try to keep other apps closed and vpn-s) If you are going to use VPN then I might suggest using a proper one that you pay money for. Altho there was an issue with known popular VPN after update and took some time to fix it.
