EE on most past servers was only used as a secondary, why to waste a game window just to hold a secondary that can do nothing but buff?

There are no 380 sets on Phoenix. CS rewards system is different and it is not public yet.

Maybe having only 1 GM box would be a good idea. Or maybe 2 boxes that drop random items(GM box cannot be traded,stored,sold) Avoid having complete 380 sets while others have brass.dragon.legendary...

They had their 2nd chance, for me it is a closed subject

A suggestion would be : The characters that are banned,sell them to other players for credits.This will help new players get 'competitive' characters .Same time ,the one that has been banned for bad language or for hack ,will be IP banned ,and some1 else can use his character(new player) .Or maybe make this available in mid-end game ,so in end game people start to compete more.

When will be the test server open?
