      70% of top 25 players have maybe the least donated amount towards the server because they are very active and do credits via item-selling.

      Yes it might not be designed for newbies, but it might make newbies more interested in the game.

      What he's trying to tell you is that this rr-gap you are proposing is abusable. If i come with a SM 9RR for example and i put my set wings weapons (knowing that i might not win on my rr-group due to various reason) newbies wouldn't stand a chance.

I think this HUGE nerf is going to hit hard, because (rightfully so) people will want to changerace from DL cause FS is simply unplayable, low range, really bad atk speed, most of the time positioning buffs out. (you forget on phoenix when it was only FS, we had CTRL bug, and let's be honest dl was a disaster on phoenix).

      The 2 problems i see hit straight into the Castle Siege:

      1. Most will change, you wont be able to find DLs or get underleveled ones, so no summon.

      2. DMG-DLS are gone from CS as of now, their dmg is inexistent with 45% nerf dmg, then -50% on CS server. So we are back again to the all DLS go stomp meta with a chaos overall and spam horses. Hiu, so skilled ^_^

      Also, chain lightning skill on summ is not working so cometfall has to have higher atk speed on summ compared to SM ofc, since summ's chain lightning is a lot faster than sm's cometfall. The dmg is pretty understandable, summ is paper, so he needs high dmg for bursts given that he dies in 3 hits.

I do understand that the ice arrow is pretty strong ability, and im fine with the fact that we will lose some damage and survivability if we wish to use it, but I also feel like there should be some additional benefits for using that 4k points on energy. 
      And still I think the best option to do this would be to enable the def/dmg buff on sv1, but only with xx(10/20 maybe?) % of the basic value. This would simply give more identity for this "support" elf and those points used on energy would not feel like such a waste anymore.

      And since we're talking about DL's, I don't play the class by myself, but at the moment it feels like he has the top tier mobility, top tier damage, top tier defense and top tier range. Don't really have ideas how to balance it, but I give my +1 for disabling the horse movement in Illusion Temple, it's just unnecessary benefit which creates nothing more than unbalance. 

      This is what i was looking for. The buff idea.

       

      P.S. My conclusion is:

      Nerf DL pvp dmg 2-5%, buff pvm 2-5%

      Buff ae, or gets his buff to be worth that 4k ene for ice.

      Rest of the classes seems fine on w3+ddi.

As much as I love BK and the whole class fantasy thing(Tank character who likes to go toe to toe with foes) I'm really thinking of rerolling into something else.

       

      Also, AE is said to have medium damage, but compared to other classes that have medium-high damage, or high burst damage as you said, I'm pretty sure AE dominates every world boss and events, and I think that anyone that is active on server can confirm - Also, I like the idea of starting to let the elves use their buffs outside of CS as well(weaker version)

      You talking about AE vs Non DDI- Non w3 classes. Go Try AE vs ddi/w3 and you'll see they can't touch you, because no dmg, because they lose 4k ene, because they need to add more vit than the rest because their hp/1vit is low. Also i want to see that AE that's beating VRF on BC statue :)) You are funny. 

      Also i did not say only about AE, i also said about bk, and all other classes BESIDES sm because i said i did not test it.

      To answer your question or conclusion, no i dont want ae to be as strong as rf, i want to have a meaning besides ice arrowing. AE are no longer pvm top chars, because their HP POOL is very low, and easily killabie in BQ/Future GGD/Selu/Medusa, so no more rank1 top dmg from AE.

      Melee:
      SMG: Medium to play at full potential, High burst damage, Low resistance.

      Range:
      SM: Medium to play at full potential, Medium damage, High resistance.

      Then the difference between some "more similar" chars are in terms of other utilities (CS impact / roles, different events impact, buffs, etc.) and PvM / Hunt power.

      Our tweaks will always keep this details in mind, as the final result.

      I agree with your "general idea" BUT:

      DL atm is broken, simply too much dmg and def.

      AE in my opinion is far from easy-medium to play. You need perfect-pitch position, being able to sustain icearrow while not dieing when you closely focus someone. I was dueling Exilia which with my DL, using 2 items, and he could barely kill me while i was not moving.

      If summ is engaging in battlemap fights (since debuffs are not working non-battle) he has to do: Buff himself, Reflect his party, Sleep Enemies, Debuff Enemies, Do DMG, Avoid Death. (imo, as i said, summ is fine in my opinion as it is right now)

      SMG i think it's okish, maybe i was overzealous.

      VRF in my opinion has the biggest advantage because : Easy to play at full potential, Medium(kinda high in my opinion with a trick or 2)damage and his resistance is far from medium ^_^ (also we are mid-game not late-game so that's why my opinion that vrf is overachieving, especially pvm single target)

      I don't like abk, i don't enjoy playing that build, so i cannot comment on that and also did 0 test on sm so same here.

      Remove test server just because you do not like to test stuff? Some of us really enjoy testing stupid builds and see if they are working on testserver. + some MLVLS are bugged and cannot be fixed, so you would not know that unless you test it.

      P.S. Your idea of 1v1'ing you @ADMIN could be a funny idea for an event if you got some hours to joke around with players. I think would bring the comunity closer to you, or @Gion since he's the community administrator.

Time passes slowly, very slowly as if to prolong the agony of the three guilds with fighters who came to the battlefield with "plastic weapons".
      Eventually the fight is over and Hardcore remain invincible after the most unbalanced fight from the beginning of the server until now, It was just an "easy practice" for No1LiveEr's crew, a victory without any emotion. 

      The following week was a busy one in our community, Neutral was in the forefront, disbanding after that shameful defeat, and a new scandal shook the forum... Chukundah, Snook and Venom robbed Hardwell, Zutto and FKinGCunT in revenge after Zutto did the same thing by robbing Snook, an entire drama was unleashed and The Curse that has been hidden so far suddenly hit so hard cause probably forever splitting the warriors from the second guild as power on the server. "The Amazing" Zutto gave up the fight, Trippy too, FcKinGCunT went to Hardcore (this week), Snook and Chukundah's party joined Dynasty, Exillia and few more went in Diamond.

      The week passes quickly, a new guild takes shape under the leadership of Fane, who collected one party from Neutral and FORMOZA's core.  We saw in the past that he is an experienced leader in the fight for supremacy, who, after a break of about a year, returns to lead a guild in the Battle for Supremacy, its name is Dynasty and looks very promising. Diamond is reorganizing the strategy after the last defeat, also receiving some fresh forces from Neutral, and MIDGARD is still looking for a strategy, their alliance with FORMOZA did not seem to work last week, they got only one Lord Box, so this time they will go on their own. Eventually these 3 guilds register at Castle Siege and for the first time we see a guild (Dynasty) registering signs of lord to ban a build, it took 5 weeks to see this "miracle" - a strategy to consider.

      Sunday came, the invincible Hardcore Warriors are preparing a new defense, everything seems to work perfectly for them, with the number one enemy guild destroyed, and with an unprecedented victory in the last week, everything seems to be "a new walk of recreation through the land of trials" for them. 

      Dynasty, to everyone's surprise, although they registered 305 signs of the lord, didn't ban any build, but from the beginning the fight seems balanced, Diamond and MIDGARD tries to keep up, Hardcore has a handicap of 3000 points but seem to recover well and and after the first hour the score is: Dynasty 4548 points, Diamond 2886 points, MIDGARD 2142 points and Hardcore has 461 points.

      In this last hour, the fight for the switches seems to be disputed between the Dynasty and Diamond guilds, the ones from Hardcore are focusing on kills but it is a strategy that doesn't seem to bear fruit because enemy stamps don't fall anymore, the chaos that took over the other guilds last week now seems to be spreading over Hardcore, although they score a lot of kills, they fail to register because they are losing the fight for switches and so we enter in the last 25 minutes, the crown on No1LiveEr's head starts to shake seriously, Dynasty seem to be in control, Diamond doesn't seem to give up even though they are a little behind but they are in the defenders' position, while MIDGARD doesn't seem to matter too much. Since the beginning of this last hour, the score in the last 23 minutes is as follows: Dynasty 9510 points, Diamond 6300 points, Hardcore 4242 points, MIDGARD 3424 points.

      Time passes in favor of those in Diamond who slowly recover the deficit of points and before the last 5 minutes they are on the 1st place with a very small difference of points. The fight between Dynasty and Hardcore for the crown is won by Hardcore in these last 5 minutes and those from Dynasty have one more chance to register quickly, but this does not happen and we have in the PREMIERE a guild that manages to end Hardcore's domination. 

      HVMAN snatches the crown from No1LiveEr's head and can celebrate with his team the first victory on this great war, a victory that slipped through their fingers in the past, a desired victory, a hard worked victory that could not be more beautiful, a victory won in the last 15 minutes that these warriors will not forget soon. On the other side, MIDGARD, if they hadn't let their guard down and continued to fight like in the first hour, would have scored a lot more points. Dynasty: if they would've built a solid strategy based on a build-ban they could have won, anyway they had a good performance, while Hardcore although they accumulated until the end 7022 points would not have won this fight even if they had not had the disadvantage of 3000 points. There are "voices" that say that "arrogance" combined with the attempt to repeat the strategy that humiliated 3 guilds a week ago was the biggest weakness (Achilles heal) for this great guild that dominated the server from the beginning until now. These "voices" say that now they are the ones hunted by the curse, invoking the fact that the leaders of this great guild no longer understand each other, the proof being that No1LiveEr is no longer a member of the main Hardcore party and he starts to fall from top.

      Was this the end of the Hardcore empire? Will Dynasty be able to fight the same without the help of FORMOZA's core players? Are we preparing for a "Diamond" era? 

      The only thing that is certain is that the crown will rest on the head of the leader who has the most ardent and daring warriors, the guild most hungry after victory, with the greatest desire, will proudly hold the supremacy of the server

      I do not understand the part where you say "will dinasty be able to fight the same without the help of FORMOZA's core players?". Do you know something that i don't? At the moment that i'm writing this, formoza's core is still part of Dinasty XD

    8. I'm opening this topic maybe players have something in mind to ballance the classes even more that Admin will enjoy and implement.

      My ideas are :

      DL - Nerf his pvp dmg by 5%, add his PVM dmg 5%

      AE - Boost his PVP dmg by 7 to 9% and/or make him get higher hp/1vit point.

      EMG-Boost his pvp dmg if he's that low hp/def, by at least 8-9%

      SMG- Increase his defens and/or hp/1vit point and lower his dmg by 3 to 5%

      VRF- dunno, fix it, he's broken. 15rr has way better singletarget than ae, unkillable in pvp, tears through any sm/summ/mg/ae even BK easily. Can't kill DL cause DL is more broken atm XD.

      BK - i think admin really likes BK to be OP as long as Zutto plays him XD I think he needs a bit of work, his def is low (we tested set+12 full ddi, w2+11) , maybe add 3-4% to his def, since the rest will be covered by w3.

      Summ- I think summ is just fine as it is.

      SM- Haven't tested it yet, i think his icestorm does a bit too much dmg(pvm), but just by seeing it, didn't have the chance to test it.

      Feel free to come with different ideas, maybe they will be usefull.

      The fact that 2 spots are so close that you literally have no way but to KS eachother has nothign to do with perma-ds. BC is even closer, but you have room to not ks eachother. I don't wana KS my own guild. Smart boy.

    10. I think you should aim to release box+5 same time as NM or make NM a bit stronger and leave only CW for early-game weapon drop.

      I think you should aim for 2 more spots/high lvl maps karu1/2 if you keep on growing (which apparently you are with every db, at least first 1-2 months)

      I think you should raise your server-gap since we've had some issues getting into situations with "server full" after a d/c and if that happens during invasion is kinda frustrating.

      I think you should give a weekly coverage of the Castle Siege so more people see your system and try to learn stuff from established guild, also a newspaper post related to CS strategies (Like reporter is doing 1/week but a little bit more "in depth") that you could bring maybe, some "semi-retired players" to comment on what they liked or disliked.

      I also think Gion should try to be a bit more engaged with the 80% of the playerbase that's not top3 guild (most of them do not join forum, but if they are pleased, server is allive).

      I liked the newbies boost, you did it like you said, till top100.

      I liked the stages, many stages, lots of oportunities for rr-ballance.

      I DISLIKED the rewards for top3 stage. I think at least Rank1 StageBreaker should get weapons +11/12+2opts. (i know some people cryed about that, but in my opinion it gets A LOT of work to be rank1 here)

      I Wish arena tournament to come sooner, was expecting to see it till stage2 broke.

      I wish for future holiday events (like christmas,easter etc). They always brought people joy and can get some funny ideas to have fun in game.

      Overall, as a player that was only on last phoenix, on this inception i see a huge improvement and i like it a lot more.

    11. Can we take some sort of /pack or store or any way to store old boxes?

      Most people will try to store oldboxes now, so we can team-drop for rare items in case they drop. The problem i have is that

      1st - you get space blocked in invetory

      2nd - i myself, almost threw the old box on the ground multiple times when i was full of mats and was in a rush xD

      P.S. As far as i know there's no pack command, can't store or warehouse it.

    12. @Spawn i have to disagree with you. I don't like the speed of the response ratio either but, on phoenix i sent multiple messages to ADMIN via Facebook, even here on forum, i posted ONLY a screnshot with someone that we tought it's speedhacking in devilsquare (which he was) and they all got banned in MAX 12 hours and i'm far from being "friends" or whatever with each of the admins.

      Maybe in your case they did not have the time at that moment to check, but i tell you, in my case at least, whenever i sent any (at best decent) proof, admin checked and banned them if they were speeding.

       

      Do i believe there are no hackers? OFC no, but there is no mu server in the world that can do that, people were duping on WEBZEN from 2000s till now and they couldn't fix that.

    13. This is maybe the best ideea i've read in my entire mu-life but i don't know how easily or if it can be added at all but would be amazing. 

      1st. GGW seems really nice

      2nd. OGW should have a point ratio/reset difference. Waring a guild that have a media of under 3-5 rrs under the main G is an unfair battle just cause some people would like to troll.

      I specifically did not make this record publicly to see how long it will take before it is banned. As a result, it took about a month, and only for the reason that someone filmed a dude in raklion during the golds with speed, and many people were outraged.

    15. I lied with what? I did have /re auto password m8, just for your own understanding. I'm always using re auto password. 24/7. I MEANT I DIDN'T USE /RE ON /RE OFF SPECIFICALLY, since i ve never encountered the bug on this DB with /re auto password.

      Also, i have no idea what you tiped after "just like" it makes no sense. 

      Didn't made 2 switches to fix your it bug? What it bug? I never posted about IT bug, i've posted about the warn mechanism. Show me the post where i lied please =))))))))))))))
