These reports do count tho, proving the past behavior of a player (and the influence over the players since there is a report) and I urge everyone to mention this case or any other case as previous cases for the future reports, regarding any types of reports and concerning any player. You are right. For some reason (I suppose I solved them in different moments of the day) I thought that the second report happened after imposing the mute, but it did not, so the second penalty is revoked, as it never took place.
