Those are not actual proofs, this is an old game with no updates from developers side since 2011, it's just the mechanics. Also indeed, I don't view it as a disrespect. Sometimes the game could be frustrating because of a small unfixable bug, but you should keep this type of comments for yourself since we are trying to update the game based on your feedback (not including mechanics, ofc).
