      I gotta say I do think ARF'S might be abit to powerfull currently. One RF can melt pretty much anyone including tanks.
      But, we still got some resets to go, so this might change later on. But as I remember from test server, aRF was very popular due to its insanely good dmg.

      The following changes are also up now:
      [FIXED] PvP Quest space required being 3 spaces instead of 2 spaces. [FIXED] PvP Quest not showing message on re-target, when current target goes on Battle Map with same Gens. [UPDATED] Now you won't be able to start a PvP Quest during BC/DS/CC/Arena Tournament/Crywolf Event/Castle Siege.  [FIXED] MGs 'hiding' inside Kundun coords using weapon skill, being untargetable. Note: If MGs gets on Kundun coords they will be moved 5 coordonates back. If zone is invalid, they will be moved at x=35 y=60.

      I usually ignore characters discussions but I should make things clear about BK, because you're misunderstanding way too much.
      So, let's be 100% objective now, and forget about your own characters and just look at the bigger picture.
      BK, as a character, does struggle the hardest from all characters at Hunt and even PvM. It's the least wanted in parties and the lowest DPS on hunts. PvM rankings does clearly shows that.
      BK's without permanent parties or guilds to help them gear up and level-ul are really hard to keep up with the rest of characters, especially in the long run.
      BK's without at least decent combo skills are even trash on PvP, except of hunt/pvm (which means like 70% of game).
      So, under this circumstances, how can you not be THE BEST on PvP, when you have both gear, combo skills and ofc, a bit of LUCK?
      Why would any average BK players would ever play BK if they won't know that the "struggle" will be worth it and they will shine on PvP at least?
      Yes, there are exceptions like Zutto that also was very active himself and had an entire guild to help him gear-up/level-up, apart from his combo-skills.
      But how many Zutto's are on server? Until now, only one. Rest of BK's are just decent or worse.
      Imagine if under this conditions, Zutto's wouldn't shine on PvP, what about rest of BK's? They would be completely useless.
      Ok, now moving forward, BK vs any other class from game, does NEED to perfectly manage 5 BUTTONS, in order to be good, while rest of classes mostly manage 2 buttons.
      Going further, let's take the SMG as example now. He's top hunter while also 2nd pvp class currently after BK. So SMG currently does enjoy both gears/credits and etc. from hunt and also PvP things. Why would not be fair for good BK's to be better than a Character that is already Top hunter and much better at PvM?
      Ofc, things will change as game progress, because, if we look at SMG, he may be better now, but other classes are also upgrading their class-buffs during progression, while SMG does not have any extra benefits, and also missing the Helm item for extra options later on (like 7% extra ddi).
      As a conclusion, everyone can play BK, but not everyone can have the same success with it. If some have, they deserve it.
      Everyone is free to say whatever and want the best for his character / blame the losses on other characters, but this is the reality, just like in WoW (one of the biggest and best MMO's) some characters are better than others at different things, some are just decent at everything, some are better/worst in early/mid/late game. If a game like that does work like this, what you except from MU?

      Thanks for your votes guys.
      We have a winner, Inception will be the first place where EE's won't be mandatory for the gameplay so everyone can have fun without depending on an alt-char or on other players alts in order to progress.
      It's a huge step towards a good direction, in my opinion, in a direction where alts will be slowly but surely out of gameplay so everyone can focus on his main char, raising both activity and economy.
      The following changes will be applied for Inception:
      - Maximum of accounts per IP+HWID will be 2 instead of 3.
      - Heal & SD Rec. skills are out of the game (you won't be able to find them anymore).
      - Greater fortitude & Greater defense will only increase dmg/deff with 1 on Server1 (basically, useless).
      - Ice Arrow now requires at least 7000 energy in order to be used.
      - Greater fortitude & Greater defense will have a decent power on Server20 (CS,Crywolf,LoT). But they are still nerfed to around 50% of their normal power from previous editions.
      - Elves now have 3 different directions to build up:
      1. Pure PvM build based on AGI+STR for max dps.
      2. PvM-PvP build based on AGI+VIT.
      3. PvM-Support build based on AGI+ENE with ice arrow as stun in PvP/PvM and with buffs for CS/Balgass for their teams.
      - All mobs/bosses will be adjusted in terms of damage & hp to match the new concept.
       
      We're really excited to see how everything will play out on Inception and we hope that you'll enjoy it!

      Saying it ''works / always been good'' is delusional statement as 90% of people who been playing here for long time clearly don't agree with you. You never know until you try, don't be sacred to test new things if you want to improve.

      I dont think it works at all. Its always a chore to play EE and it gives good advantage in both PvE and PvP versus players who dont have EE or dont want to play it. Nobody likes it and almost all of the players who are playing EE have other main char. I think this is the right time to try this, there is still plenty of time to test it and make adjustments.

      Adjusting and scaling would be ideal, but there is even simpler solution- let us use town buff till max level for first few resets (for example first 5 or 7).
      With proper scaling or some help mechanic at early game there is really no reason you would need EE. To be honest the only time you would feel this change would be CS and lack of SD recovery on GM, but that would also mean faster and more dynamic pvp without mindless afk right-clicking someone for 2 minutes, because they get pocketed by EE. I doubt many would miss spamming buffs/sd for whole CS, because design of this character is flawed. In other games besides healing/buffs supports have:  CC and atleast some kind of capability to do dmg, while EE is just buff-bot. That's why people enjoy to play support like EneRF more, because he can atleast do dmg and be independent while still providing supportive buffs that are applied AoE so you don't have to cast them individually OR do boring SD spam. 
      OS already improved/balanced many features that webzen messed up (cd on certain op spells/ improved CS system/PvP invasions etc.) so optimal solution would some kind of EE rework, by nerfing buffs and adding new spells (for example Ice Arrow) thus rewarding active EE playstyle and nerfing impact in AFK content (leveling). I am not sure how much buffs need to be nerfed, because even 20%-30% dmg increase is enough to make it must have if you wan't to compete. Maybe during leveling/PvE events remove them at all and only enable during CS/PvP events? 
      To sum up, making leveling without EE viable would be HUGE, because as of now it is must have for parties, despite fact that noone actually wants to play her and she spends 24/7 time afk on spot.

      depending on a EE though the whole game i also dont like , because in PVE and PVP for those who dont have EE to rely on will always be weaker to compete ( whitout mentioning that playing EE is boring) , so removing the EE concept and make adjustments to EVENT MOBS and SPOTS etc would be nice

      would make the PVP system more balanced , and the PVE a bit more harder and carefuly chosing spots to stay longer to survive whitout the healing and buffs

      You asked for my opinion, I'll tell you mine.
      I've thought about this subject long time ago, but never imagined that people would really want such thing.
      So, what was my idea about this subject:
      - Make EE buffs useless on normal Server (1) so nobody would have to make EE for leveling up (and balancing the content for no ee-buffs parties).
      - Let the EE still be a choice, but just for dedicated EE's or simply AE's as hybrid builds for CS (that means buffs will be decent on Server 20 - mainly CS).
      - Bring down the limit of accounts per IP+HWID to 2 from 3 to match the No-EE needs.
      Of course, this are just my thoughts, but if people really like such idea I can make an official poll for it (but we need to hurry up as all mobs must be reworked for such thing).

      On the eve of a new max30 i want to ask @ADMIN and community, opinion about EE in future projects.I think it's time we give up this class in the future, because it only brings discomfort to the game. We are all different people, with different desires and capabilities, someone can play in 3 acc, someone on turnover are not willing to work so hard and want to play only in 1 window. And in the end, the winner is the one who at the right moment has Buff. And this greatly affects the balance, many do not realize that strong character is the sum of all aspects: class, items, party and buff which can also be better or worse. 
      What its ur opinione about that?

      Current arena reward is reflecting stage 1, on stage 2 we may add jewels as well for 1st place.
      BWQ is boosted from that aspect in order to raise the amount of sets made from her.
      2 items dropped from 1.
      60% chance for 2 options (from 20% as it was).
      Info about options chances for everything can be found on Drops & Economy System.
      380 items will only be achieved on Senior Mix (as well boosted to 2 boxes instead of 1).
      380 non exc will remain with a lower drop on Swamp but W4 mix will be made from Exc 380 items (any 380 item except RF ones, both set items and weapons).
      This will assure that CS rewards will remain important even in the latest stages of game, so you'll have to make senior mixes as well for W4.
      Due to that, the difficulty was also tuned down on the other part (wings level to +12 instead of +13), and it may be tuned down more depending on game progress, when w4 will be released.

      A lot of ppls see that situation on CS, when 20 ppls can't kill one guy, like Raid boss. (WhiteRaben, Aqvila).

      Castle Siege should have more ''stages'' when the server progress, to keep motivation up. maybe something like a weekly rotation on drops on erohim, so lets say on cs week 9 he has chance to drop xxx but only one kill per week, and make him actually feel like a boss Remove Jewels from OB +5 but reduce chance for ob +5 to drop Remove Horn/mats for fenrir from ob 3/4  Crywolf is a dead map, bring back fenrir farm(with decent drop rate) Let people with murder status enter events like cc etc. Class vs Class duels or stage Arena. you fight random opponent and if you win you move on to next round Helpers, where did they go? should have been added long ago to help newbies Economy: Way to many jewels around, when people offer 500/500 for items its getting abit to much. Remove spots with Hydra,Ice Queen,Gorgon, Bil of balrog etc, and make them have a chance for exc drop as they have on newer  versions(respawn time high and random) perfect for newbies to stumble onto and reciving their first exc. Make RF.,MG,DL same lvl for warp/events like other classes Increase days Vip last or release one that last longer. On battle maps let us pk same gens during events(Medusa,queen) (Murder status ) Increase points for CC win. a win should always give more score then just farming mobs in my opinion. Increase cs damage for later game, at current stage I think all can agree its like a wet noodle contest. Budges in more maps(not more budges, just more maps to spawn in) Make Imperial alot harder, should need a decent party, not filling slots with alts Remove Fenrir/Unria/Dinorant from Arena

      Hello,
      Based on this previous topic discussions (https://oldsquad.ro/forum/topic/3170-new-pvp-idea/), we tried to combine both @Gion's idea and @Legion's idea with your own feedback into a new PvP system that I'll present below, and you can still bring your feedback before actually implementing it.
      Mercenary Squad is a new OPTIONAL PvP System where anyone who wants more PvP can join.

      The system works in the following ways:
      You can register into the squad by writing /registerpvp. After you join you need to wait at least 24 hours before leaving it. In order to leave you need to write /unregisterpvp. You can join/leave for any number of times you want. There are 2 types of registration: Normal Level & ML, that will reflect only the reward. There will be a PvP Ranking on website for those registered. Features for those that register:
      There are 3 levels of seals that you get by registering, which will upgrade in time: First Seal is automatically given after you register, it will increase your Normal Exp (if you register for normal exp) or Master Exp (if you register for ML exp) with 8%. Second seal will give you 14% exp. Third seal will give you 20% exp. All seals will also have a visual effect on your character so people will know that you're part of the Mercenary Squad. You will bypass Fairness Gaps versus other Mercenaries. You will bypass PK Limit vs other Mercenaries. You will bypass Non-PvP invasions vs other Mercenaries. You will bypass Non-PvP maps vs other Mercenaries. There are 3 options that we thought of about PK between Mercenaries and will let you choose the best one: 1. Free PK between Mercenaries on any place (not getting murderer). 2. Normal PK between Mercenaries (you get murderer as usual). 3. Free PK between Mercenaries on 2-4 random maps selected each week from the highest ones, while on rest of maps will be normal PK. There is also a Mercenary Quest system that can be accessed once every 12 hours with the command /pvpquest. This command will assign you a random ONLINE player from the Mercenary Squad that you need to kill in the next 15 minutes in order to finish the quest. If you fail the quest nothing will happen. If the target goes offline during those 15 minutes you will be assigned with another target and another 15 minutes. Other aspects of Mercenary Squad:
      There is a Point System in order to decide rankings for Mercenaries: You will get 1 point for every 10 minutes of ONLINE TIME while you are registered on the squad. You will get 25 points for every succesfull quest you make as well as 2x Jewel of Harmony. When you reach certain number of points & quests you will be rewarded: 720 points & 8 finished quests will upgrade your seal to the 2nd one. 2500 points & 20 finished quests will upgrade your seal to 3rd one. Extra rewards based on points & quests that will be added at a later stage. IMPORTANT! If you unregister from the Mercenary Squad you will LOSE all your ACCUMULATED POINTS! So, the higher the risk the higher the reward.
