Yesterday I've added a new rule that sessions must have the same IP with the one that was logged in. That means if you log in from IP A and during navigation your IP change to B, it will log you out.
It should totally get rid of this problem so I am waiting your feedback if you still encounter such session mix (with or without thiefs).

This is the fourth interview from many I will try to take. This interview was requested by Ganja (the last VIP interviewed) and it is about a top number one player in several rankings .
   Coco is first ranked number one, at this moment, on Chaos Castle, Castle Siege and Devil Square. I will not bore you to much and I will let you read about how and why he is the best on these rankings:

 Coco : "Simply, its just playing hard, being active "
Reporter: "How much time do you spend per day playing  Mu OldSquad, ( average )? "
 Coco : " Sometimes I spend 2-3 hrs, sometimes up to 5-7 a day  "

Coco : "At the moment, yes, I'm activating VIP each reset because of discount for zen "

Reporter : " Rumors: People were saying that you are a cheater because you one hit kill a lot of them, how do you comment that?"
Coco : "Firstly they can check my gear on website. w3+15, staff +15, Anubis set. It is obvious that I can one shot someone. Secondly, there are more players which are being called cheaters by others. I'm not the only one "
Reporter: " Do you think SD ignore option on weapon is overpowered?
Coco: " Don't think so, it is easy to counter it by having high hp"
Reporter: "On a scale from 1 to 10, how much do you like this server?"
Coco : " 9 out of 10, nothing is perfect, there are always things to improve "

Coco : " Mostly I like that here is no any web shop or "X" shop in game. I don't like chaos machine rates. I think they're not real "

Coco : " Why I failed so many feather and w3? Are the chaos machine rates for real? Can you change CS time to Sunday and reduce it from 2 hours to 1 hour? "

Last week was a kind of silent one, until a shadow came from past to hunt the top rankings reset players, a silent war started by Trau and his crew against those strong heroes, and the traces of midnight silent battles were seen every morning in safe zones.... The other wars for Main Events such as Invasions and Bosses were balanced, fights between NONE and Smurf were equal, pray divided between them.
  Another moment to remember this week was when NONE decided to share Land of Trial with all the server and invite all the fighters inside, to have an ancient epic feast, hoping that this generous gesture would straighten the eyes of the Gods toward them and with divine protection beside them will win again next day . 
 Saturday came, NONE and Smurf have been intensely prepared for this fight and as I told you, another page has been written in the History of the Castle :
 NONE warriors fought hard, just before the first hour of the siege, it seemed they would not be defeated, as they successfully rejected Smurfs assaults , but then something happened, something broke , they lost their balance.....
 On the other side, Smurf fought hard from beginning until end, with the fresh memory of the last defeat, they assaulted the Castle without stopping, until they felt the "smell of blood". That was the moment when they attacked the "open wound" that was opened inside NONE's guild chest and hit it with their best shot....  NONE collapsed and didn't found the power to reorganize, after they lost Crown in the middle of the fight, they felt overwhelmed by the enemy's force.
 The remaining time passed quickly and Smurf's warriors managed to win the Crown and put it on Yami's head. After these events some new questions begin to appear while the other old ones remains unanswered :
 How long Smurf will dominate the server? Does NONE has the strength to come back next week and take back the crown? Will the curse hunt them down ? Did they got the antidote?

Today we want to present you some basic info about the number of online players, and we will talk about MU, because we did some research.
You might have noticed that on many servers you see like 400, 500, 1000 people online , but when you enter the game, there's nobody there. That's because most of the servers (big servers are included here too), are adding a certain number to the online players.
Example(happened to me): I have downloaded a random server from a top, after I saw the number of online players being like 630. After joining the game, nobody was in Lorencia, nor Noria or Devias, for like 3 hours. 630 online and nobody is around ? I went on site to look for the online players (I wanted to see their locations), and there was no such feature. Then I clicked on Rankings, and I found out that I was in top60 BKs after like 3 hours of playing. This could not happen if there were 630 online. So I wrote a PM to the administrator of that community, regarding this thing with the top. I had no answer that day. The next day you could only search for top 50 (not 100 anymore) overall characters (not on each class anymore). Playing a little more and walking around, I have noticed that when 580-590 were online(displayed by their website), I could find only like 50-60 players connected in all the maps together. The server events were empty (I saw like 3 players coming to BC in 2 days). So my conclusion is easy to assume: that server has added 500 players to their number of online players, not more, not less.
I find this "adding fake online players" thing a plague for games, especially for MU. I am saying this because most of the servers are doing this, and for the most of players this number is enough to join these ghost servers. This is why you see most communities having a high number of online players, but they die after X weeks. And also, this is the reason for many players to quit this game, and I do get their point of view, they have no reason to join another server, because it will crush anyway.
This is why our community can prove its number of online players. You have the online players feature on site, where you can find every player connected to the game right now. We do have some features in-game, like /maps, which shows the maps population at that moment.
These things being said, I hope that you can spot now a "ghost" server.

Nobody guessed your passwords, both you and trau had the sessions mixed when logged in, the accounts you saw when you logged in were the acc's of the guys that robbed you, you got mixed on them and vice-versa.
We couldn't reproduce that mix thing but we had applied extra patches to prevent it (if some1 still has the problem let us know).
You won't lose anything, I'll return what was taken from you (personally, if ppl won't return them theirselves).
I'll give them 15h from now to give what they robbed back, after that I'll parse all logs and block the accounts and ip's of ppl that didn't returned the things.
Robbers includes Donna, Bonito, Shield etc. (they know better what they did)

Because the people that keeps servers alive are the newcomers. We know what 80% of people did on previous system, whenever seeing a lowbie trying to kill his golden just waited them and killed them to take their reward. This is how you motivate them to stay and play? By killing without them having a chance to respond? Ugly.
Invasions system will never change, no matter how much 'pros' cry about, you're not the only people that matters in a community.

I respect Ganja as I respect all the people that made a character and got ranked first on any of our rankings, not less and not more! I know that some of you will associate me with Ganja, everyone can say anything, so here we go :
 This interview is about a top Agility Elf player, and believe me, I started the interview at at least 20:00 server time, and around  21:00 server time, when I  tracked him, he asked me to stop(during interview there were a lot of "stops"  because he is active on all events. His activity is admirable!!! )   
   I have been following him on all the active events: invasions, then Illusion Temple, after that I tracked him on Cry Wolf, BloodCastle, Medusa, Kundun (where someone accused him for using hacks), then Golden Invasion. Just following him was an adventure, he went to all active events, in the mean time , and still found time to answer our questions. The interview lasted for several hours, but any answer worth each second I've spent!! .

Ganja: " Can you get more GM's, to be more involved with community? I am not talking about auto events like 20 questions, there is a lot of fun stuff a GM can do  "

 This is the second interview from many that I will try to make. At this moment, DIEEEEEEEE is a VIP OldSquad player because he is ranked as number 1 on Hall of Fame. We all want to hear how he did that, what he thinks and MORE! So, you can read his answers in this topic (I am fan of any ranked number 1 player, so I will try to interview all of them, because they got ranked number 1 doing things better than the others, so they deserve to be called an OldSquad VIP).

Reporter: "How much time do you spend/day playing mu OldSquad, ( average )?"
DIEEEEEEEE: "4 - 5 h."
Reporter: "How you found us and when you started to play MuOldSquad?" 
DIEEEEEEEE: "I found OldSquad after our local project was closed, and my fist project here was Max 30 rr."

DIEEEEEEEE: " Srry but my stats in all projects are secret, they are always unique, I don't like to copy someone, and what if someone copy me."

DIEEEEEEEE: " When I joined MuPPeTs, guys told me initially that they don't position themselves as a top Guild, and I agreed because I don't like strong Guilds."
Reporter: "Now your team joined Smurfs alliance, the only guild, at this moment, who can challenge NONE on Castle Siege, how did you merged with them? "
DIEEEEEEEE: "Honestly, I don`t know what to say here, maybe because someone wants more but doesn't want to make an effort. "
Reporter: "MuPPeTs merged with Catarina's team and half of BDSM... "
DIEEEEEEEE: "Yes, because we want a competitive server. "
Reporter: "Before doing first reset you had energy Magic Gladiator, why you changed stats, and when? "
DIEEEEEEEE: " I've not been planning since the beginning EMG, but my party members say that we won't be able to raise the level and I was forced or I will play alone."
Reporter: "What you like more in our server, and what you dislike? "
DIEEEEEEEE: "Hmm... I don't like resets, but I understand that without them the server will die, and I don't like NON PVP^^ events. I also dislike PK clear system, even now, I was on kundun one hour ago and I still need to clear up. "
Reporter: "What happened last Castle Siege, why Smurf lost the fight? "
DIEEEEEEEE: "On last CS I just rested in nature after work, and Saturday is a really bad day for CS, so why Smurf lost? I don't know."

Reporter: "In the past, you were a member of GROM guild, what happened to them?  " 
DIEEEEEEEE: "I liked this Guild, honestly I like this game play but they are to blame for what happened, they almost destroyed the server."
Reporter : I will tell you all a short story about GROM guild :
  On last Non Reset data base, most of the members of guild GROM (which was the strongest guild in last 3 data bases, as far as I know ) got banned or they had "their" items deleted by ADMIN because they used cheats. This action had a huge impact on non reset server's game play balance but also made players like me to respect more this server and Staff Members because cheaters should not have room in any server!!!!! No matter how many are they and what will be the short time impact of clearing them out! 
     Now lets get back to DIEEEEEEE's interview:
Reporter: "Do you think this server is better then last ones you have played?  "
DIEEEEEEEE: "Yes, of course, Admin makes a great job! "
Reporter: "If you could ask ADMIN any question, what would be the most important that comes into your mind? " 
DIEEEEEEEE :"Why I am so unlucky??( kidding) I have no question for him."

Just a completion, why do you think there is a set LIMIT on Credits for market? Because we don't support neither encourage higher item trades for credits. If you do so and 'cheat' our limit, you do it on your own risk and responsibility without any support if things go bad for you, the 'high credits' buyer.

Top resets or top Master Level ?
  In this topic I will present you some strategies used by the top ranked players. There are several tops and I will talk only about the most important ones, related to character strength and strategies. I guess that not all the players know all the things that I am about to tell you.
 For the beginning, I will tell you that the top 10 characters from reset rankings are not the strongest characters on the server, not at this moment, anyway, let's begin:
   1. Reset rankings (the most popular top) : 
 

  Here you can see the top characters as normal exp characters, those players have a strategy based on long term , they do first resets because each reset gives some bonuses like 60 points/reset , character strength improved, like hp/dmg/strength/defense with @ a few percent for each reset, but the most important bonus is that each reset increases Master Level XP by 20% , so when they start to do master level, they will level up way faster than the players who preferred to do master levels from first resets. Let's not forget that each reset will push your ML limit higher (you can do more ML level with each reset).
   When they reset their character, they "lose" a lot of action , top events and bosses like Chaos Castle7, Devil Square 7. Blood Castle 8, Medusa, Bloody Queen, Nightmare, etc 
 On long term they hope to dominate server because all the rest wasted time to take the short term power. Are they on the right way for long term ? Who can tell?  Excepting time....
 2.  Master level rankings; people seems to have low interest on this rankings, I am telling you this because top reset rankings characters have more views than the top Master Level characters:

 In this top, you can see the most powerful characters in game at this moment (Today's Masters, as I like to call them) , while they are concentrating on doing master levels, they can fight for top events and top bosses like Chaos Castle7, Devil Square 7. Blood Castle 8, Medusa, Bloody Queen, Nightmare, etc. Also, they play a key role at the Castle Siege, because they" kick asses really hard", for example: at this moment no one from top 5 rankings can win a player versus player or a player versus monster duel with Catarina. 
  Those players strategy is to get all what they can and reset only when they get near maximum master level for their reset, this provides top ITEMS and a lot of rewards, they hope that they will stay stronger than top exp players even on long term,  thinking that the advantage they already got will compensate the resets from the top ranked exp players, and after they will start to reset, they will level up faster than the other top players who went for top exp rankings.
 On long term will they reduce the experience gap?  Will they dominate? Those questions will remain unanswered until we'll see the end game.
3. PVM Ranking  is the third ranking that is very important :

  In this top you can find players that you don`t want to mess around with, in any circumstances, because they are the most active players, The Top Hunters, so they got the best items and top characters in server at this moment.  If you go and start a war against them, be sure that you can keep up with them ! or give up before you will be their target for player kill, player versus player, etc. 
 My advice is to not mess with any of the top ranked players, no matter where they belong, if you are an occasional player vs player.

We didn't made any maintenance since almost 2 months ago (so you don't experience downtimes). But, unfortunately, it is needed from time to time to make sure everything is updated and to offer a smooth experience.
We planned to make the maintenance tomorrow, with it being announce with ~12 hours before, but we were forced to make it now, due to the instability that was created already and as you noticed, lags and delays on game, which we can't let them for 1 more day.
Due to this, all of our servers are now under global maintenance, and they will be back up asap (ETA is 30-60 minutes, but it can take more, depending on how the progress goes).
After the maintenance is over, the latest Patch for Phoenix will also be applied, that will be posted after we're done.

Castle Siege History,
 
First guild to own the Castle on Phoenix was BDSM . They held the crown for several weeks and they lost the castle in MuPPeTS favor, Evangelion (the guild master of BDSM) disbanded the guild a short time after that defeat. One of the reasons was: internal fights  ripped them apart because they divided in two different guilds, half of them followed Evangelion and merged with Catarina`s team, so that's how a new guild was born :Smurf
 The other half followed Ganja in a brand new guild named HOSTILE and then merged with NONE , this "upgraded" NONE  succeeded to create a top and a strong guild who took the Castle from MuPPeTS.
  MuPPeTs , the second guild who owned the castle on Phoenix seems to also tilt, and follow BDSM direction because they lost (or kicked) a lot of players (only 15 players inside guild before next Castle Siege), will they be strong enough? Will they try to find the resources to rebuild? Or just disband as the last Castle owners?  One thing is sure, last Castle Siege MuPPeTs was just a shadow of the guild who took Castle from BDSM and dominated Phoenix.
  NONE, the third guild who owned castle  and dominated server got new fresh blood after merging with HOSTILE, and they did to MuPPeTs same thing that MuPPeTs did to BDSM, now they are "on the wave", the only guild who can challenge them at this moment seems to be Smurf.
  I guess that time will tell us how the story will be written, also will bring the answer to the main questions : 
   "The Castle is cursed ?  Is this just a strange coincidence that the second guild who got and lost the castle is almost history? What will happen to NONE if they will lose the castle?"
