We are ok with everything but insulting each other. Read the rules carefully again. Also insulting the staff/server/the community as a whole is the only way to get you permanently banned (besides exploits/etc - different topic) simply because when you do that you show us (each one of us) how much you deserve to be among us. Remember, playing here is a privilege, not a right, and some of us chose not to have this privilege, at least not for now.

Yes, and there will still be people having 7 devices in Icarus, while those with only 1 device will get to have only 1 character in Icarus.

I see the BC/DS as exp events, which is different from Icarus. There is no point in bringing alts using VPNs or multiple devices in BC/DS just to exp them. Only my opinion though.

Reminder: there will always be people with multiple connections/devices and in this way we just help them even more in my opinion.

It's because we punish insults, not swearing. An insult should be aimed towards someone. Just read the server rules, which are the same since aug 2017 for sure.

Hey there! We're still disappointed that despite different topics on forum or files that we left in the game folder explaining what to do in each case (there is not too much to do if there is not an already known/problem issue because the game runs on a clean Windows) the players still want us to repeat ourselves on forum. There's the support Facebook page if you are too lazy or just don't feel like reading the forum where we can answer the same question over and over again without a problem, that is what support chat is about, but this is forum. In other words Admin wanted to say there that this error occurs when different(untraceble by regular eye) processes/apps are running and if you don't know exactly which one may cause this error like our mate did above (there were reports about mouse softwares too) then the only option would be a fresh Windows.

Unfortunately there are known issues regarding the Dark Raven, we have always recommended not to go for Command DL. As you could've seen on test server, there are quite some problems with this pet. Until we fix it (but the players know that it was something that we tried in the past too but ending up only messing up the character even more -only on test server-) we still recommend to check everything on test server before actually spending points (and time) on something that won't end up as you expected.

Note2: Due to the nature of Team-KotH, disconnecting during the event / leaving the event after it already started will ban you from Arena Tournament for 5 days. This is only for disconnecting during Team-KotH rounds (Last Laugh / LMS rounds are excluded).
