    2. You need to press windows key (or start), write run, then write regedit there, then expand current machine, expand software, expand webzen, and search for resolution and winmode and change the values there.

    5. The patch is working for Phoenix server, you can get it and enter with main.exe not Launcher. You can also do the following: Run as administrator the cmd (command prompt) and write netsh winsock reset, after getting the confirmation message for the flush restart pc and try the Launcher again.
    6. Hello, Due to some suggestions we decided to let you vote for 2 different things. Firstly, you can vote for a second option of Castle Siege day & hour compared to current one. Secondly, you can vote if you want to bring it back the possibility of making alliances but the same like last time (only main guild can participate at CS, 2nd guild from ally is just for friends, newbies or alts). In order for the poll to be accepted and something to be changed there are 2 requirements: 1. Minimum 40 unique players to take part in the poll. 2. Minimum 70% of votes for an option. If any of this 2 rules fails at the end of the poll, nothing will be changed. The poll starts from now and will end on Thursday at 23:00.     8. Your reasons 'spending time with familly and friends' usually happens on Sundays not Saturdays, when everyone is home. There are 2 main reasons why CS is on Saturday at 17:00 on Phoenix: - Sunday 17-21 is for NonRR & 50RR CS'es. - Saturday people from VN/PH can also participate compared to Sunday when it's late at 17-18-19 for them if they go to work on Monday. The hour is at 17:00 exactly for people to be free after 19-20-21 (based on GMT's) to go at party if desired. I don't think ppl go outside at 17-18-19-20 on Saturday. The only option I can give you to vote (and only if 75%+ of ppl want it) is Sunday at 15:00 (so keeping different CS hours for all servers and making sure VN/PH can participate as well).
    9. Apparently there is a problem with acc drop from DS due to the fact that is not the normal one (to avoid dropping in ds5 as ds5,6,7 are the same map). I tried something different to make it work for ds 6-7 only but it seems that it is not working. But I have another idea to make it work, I'll make a special box that will drop ancients and I will put it to drop at the mobs from DS6,7. Most probably on next patch after Break2 is over (~Sunday). Ty for report, should have been sooner but we'll figure it out.

    11. Hello, Firstly I want to thank you for your contribution and your input with the objective of improving the early-game experience in our community. I'll reply to most of your messages, but I'll focus more about your negative points or the points that needs some improvement. But I also consider the good things you wrote and we'll try to exploit them more in future. 1. I do agree that the level 300-320 break was a bit harsh, but in my opinion we should also make the early game last even longer than it lasted (only reduced exp is not working 100%, it scares ppl more and the fact that low levels needs pretty low exp make it even faster). I think the best way to reduce the early-game speed while not having such harsh exp stage would be to lower the amount of mobs in spots for lower maps to 4-5 from 7-8 while keeping the exp a bit higher to no scare ppl off. And yes, I guess would be better to have more breaks but smaller than only 2-3 but harsher. Would work for some breaks at level 90~110, 180~200, etc. 2. Yea it wasn't a good idea because I didn't took into consideration that the non-exc items are dropping basically constantly, so farming such higher + and ADD was easier than expected. But it was the first time we experiment such things out, and they worked pretty good, we just need to balance the mobs items - medals items even more in future and it will work out great. 3. Yes, the medals received pretty much an overkill nerf, but we know and we'll took it into consideration. 4. I don't recall touching any item drop levels compared to default (only some mob levels). 5. Yes and no. While the idea looked really good on paper, and should have worked out great, it didn't. Why? Because of people. Because people made alliances, got used together (even if not going at CS at beginning), and then they started to register at CS with 2 teams playing for the main team. The idea is great, however, it depends 100% on players to work out, and only if 1 guild decide to use such 2 teams-advantage would make the rest of them doing the same to revenge. With current set-up for guilds, I don't say it can't happen, but the chances are much lower, due to no-alliance-friendzones to develop such strats, as each guild wants the best for his own team. More than that, was the only set-up we didn't tried until now (at least not from start of server). 6. The progressive CM was on the servers with stages (Phoenix doesn't have stages, which means progressive content, only Breaks). But, taking into account that we made the switch from +13 +14 +15 rates to +10 +11 +12 rates, I don't consider it having a higher impact anymore (from analytics, on NonRR for example in first month the amount of items upgraded with chaos machine from web was around 40% from total items upgraded on server - no matter + (10,11,12); on Phoenix the amount of items upgraded from web is around 20% - no matter + (10,11,12) ). So it's pretty clear that people started to use CM much more from game than web due to the higher chances that are here now. Thanks for feedback, please leave char name for reward (here or in PM). 1. Yes, quiz was turn off after first days, the questions with yes/no will be reduced/reworked. Anyway, the purpose of quiz is not to 'generate profit', but to encourage players to read server info, or just simply giving them a lot of server info during quiz. If you don't manage to win - that's nothing to be sad for, you lost 3 jewels (6 for 2 questions - total max per player). 2. Already spoke about it. 3. We're not going back to only hwid limitation ever again. 2. Icarus was always the example of how a 'farm map' should look like, and it delivered a lot of nice moments on all servers early-stages, when ppl fought a lot for spots there. However we'll think on some other ways of farming Feather, but one of them was already added on Phoenix - from lower ITs with a small chance. 3. Not sure what Jewel of life rate fix - it's normal. Yes, while chaos was needed a lot on early game (where the droprate was lowest), now it's time to adjust the system again on his drop (as 80% of people now are farming on mid-high maps with much higher drop of chaos than it used to be on early game when it was boosted). As far as I remember there are 2 conditions, either under x and y agi/str or over 70% of total points in energy, only one of them to match is needed to make it an EE.
    12. No offense but it's like you're playing MU for the first time, or at least using a chaos machine for the first time. For a 90% chance, from 10.000 mixes 1000 will fail, no matter who you are or what you tried before, 1000 will fail at the level of server, and it can be 10 fails in a row or 100 success in a row. Why you don't see ppl crying? Simple, because from let's say 100 players with 1000 mixes, statistically only around 5-8 players will experience fails (so will cry) and the rest 92-95 will have them succeed so no reason to cry or speak about fails. Client rate showing - yes, I already stated that some times what client rate is showing is different from the real rate (VIP rates for examples, or you chaos weapon rate), that's why all OFFICIAL rates are written at chaos machine info, not client. You want to see the success of mixes at the level of server? Sure, I can provide from logs all the mixes that are succeeding and all the mixes that are failed, including their rates. Want to test it yourself? Simple, go on test server and do 100 mixes with 90% chance, then write down your results for each of them and come again. Gambling is not for everyone that is emotional sensitive. If you can't handle gambling don't do it, let others do it for you and reward them for doing so. (buy the mixed items, in this case)

    14. Hello, The completion of Break 1 also marked the end of the Early-Game and the start of the Mid-Game. In order to offer you a close to perfection experience in our community servers we require your honest and constructive feedback, so we can know where to work more or what to exploit more in future. So, if you want to contribute for your own satisfaction, please let us know in this topic what you liked, what you didn't liked, what you would change/modify/adjust and anything else may help us to help you in future. The feedback should be related to: progression (items/exp-wise), events, features, drops, economy, newbies experience, etc. for the EARLY-GAME, if you have any suggestions for the things you didn't like they are welcomed. If you don't have anything that you didn't like (which is hard to believe) you can focus on what you liked the most (and what can be made even better). Anyone that come with a solid feedback (not 1-2 propositions wrote in a fast manner) will receive 100 credits as a small reward for your time and contribution. Cheers!
    15. I can't say I enjoy cryers/trash-talkers. Not even mentioning that MG doesn't have Helm, his best weapons are 2H not 1H (so missing shield), he is melee dps not range dps. While DL is range dps, does have Horse with up to 40% extra absorb, doesn't miss Helm and always have shield with the best weapon. Not mentioning doubled hits with ravens or other extra advantages like for Guild Master, CS, etc. Nobody ever said that chars are 100% the same, each one is unique and is bringing his own advantages and disadvantages depending on scope (PvP, PvM, Hunt, CS, Party-Bosses), and on items + stage of the game. You have all formulas and info about chars posted before server even started, same for the test server. Choose chars wisely and don't cry when you lose a fight.
    16. Hello, As we already announced before the start, the first Castle Siege will be held tomorrow (30.03.2019) from 17:00. But, there will be no rewards for winners, except the experience with our custom CS system and the advantage of being defenders on the next CS. All the CS rewards are progressive and each week will have one of them released. Because this first CS won't have any rewards, and because there are 5 guilds that wants to participate at it, we decided to leave our OldSquad slot at CS for the Guild with the most signs of lord registered. So, instead of 3 participants, there will be 4 participants at the first CS, the guild with most signs will get our place and will start as defenders. With that being said, the sign of lord registration is extended until tonight at 00:59 (Saturday 00:59 server time). Start putting up signs if you want to join the CS, as one of the 5 guilds won't have slot, based on the number of signs registered, while the one with the most signs will start as defenders! Cheers!
    17. The VIP has been delivered! It looks like the problem didn't appeared again after moving to the new machine, despite passing the previous record of 510-515 online when it started to happen (553) . We're still monitoring things out, but so far looks good. Cheers!

    21. All scripts are back up, CS server is up (and you can register for CS). Also during today the Goldens +3 will be released as well. The biggest part of preparation for migration is almost done, we are still running tests on the new machine to make sure everything is ready for the move. It will take place today at around 13:30-14:30. There will be a ~10-20 minutes maintenance and you'll have to manually rejoin the servers (reconnect won't work due to switching machines). Cheers!
    22. Hello, Since yesterday at around 16:30 we've noticed that our data server kept failing for around 4-5 hours, every 20-60 minutes. We've been troubleshooting the problem for the last 24 hours along with our devs and our host manager. Unfortunately we tried everything to find and fix the problem (and we thought we did it, as it stopped yesterday evening) but it seems that it appeared again today. We've also turned off 60% of our scripts/systems in the process of troubleshooting, which will be back shortly. We also noticed that it happens only when we reach a certain amount of players online (around 510-515). So we have blocked slots at 505 for now (and it seems that it stopped) and we'll manually disconnect AFK chars (dead players from cities) when the limit will be reached. Our only solution left is to migrate to a new machine on a fresh windows as it is most likely something from windows (nothing else left untried or unchecked). The migration will take some time as we have to configure the machine and reinstall everything we have for all of our servers. We're really sorry for the discomfort created but be sure that we're doing our best to make sure that you have a great gaming environment. There will be some compensation for this situation but we'll speak more after we make sure everything is fine. Thanks for understanding and for your patience!
    23. This things are isolated cases and have nothing to do with our server/network (check online players, there are players from first minute of server without a single reconnect or disconnect). In your end can be lot of things: packet loss, high latency with our server, bad dns (use google dns), limited bandwidth, isp problems, etc. If you can't hold 3 accounts then don't play with 3.
    24. You compare fresh top servers that use "Online players: + 500" on website with no fake online 4-8 months old servers from oldsquad? Wait for phoenix and you'll see real population, not fake one.
